Heal, Grow, Thrive
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor offering compassionate support to individuals facing a range of challenges. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, grief or struggling to adjust to 'life events', I aim to provide a safe space where individuals can explore what's holding them back and move towards meaningful change.
If you've found your way here you may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated or helpless. I offer a safe, understanding space where you are supported to explore your own feelings, speak openly without judgement, and reconnect with your own wellbeing.
I have a special interest in supporting parents and carers of young people with eating disorders.
This is a journey I know personally - my own daughter was diagnosed with anorexia aged 13. As her mum, I experienced the fear, confusion, and exhaustion that often come with caring for someone with an eating disorder. Today, she's an adult in good recovery - and that lived experience continues to shape the way I support others.
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in both professional training and lived experience.
Whatever brings you here, you'll find compassion, empathy, and the space to breathe.
